Buyers are Worried About Interest Rates and Home Prices

2018 changed direction and had buyers wondering when the other shoe was going to drop. Now that we are entering another hot market in 2019; where will interest rates and home prices go? This is a daily conversation I have with homebuyers. Understanding that now is the best time to start building wealth; helps buyers get out of fear and into action! As an owner of 23 rentals and the proud Mom of a 20 yr old first time home buyer; it is my personal mission to support as many people as I can to build multi-generational wealth through real estate. Most American’s (including me) will not build the next rocket to the moon; but what we can do is buy a home, and then the next one and the next one.
